This chapter provides an understanding of the Pearman principles of use and a walkthrough of the steps involved in engaging clients and their organizations in the Pearman assessment process. Starting with the underlying needs of the client and working through communicating the value in personality assessments, establishing stakeholder involvement, clarifying deliverables, administration, and successful follow-up and evaluation, this chapter ensures that coaches and consultants will be well-equipped to initiate the Pearman assessment process.
